Recipe | Healthy mint chocolate yoghurt

Hey guys! Long time no… Type. I haven’t had a phone in what feels like years so I haven’t been able to post, but now I’m back on the blog and here is a recipe which goes well with a healthy lifestyle with those with a sweet tooth.
I hope to post a lot of other recipes which fit my new lifestyle and you guys can do it to! Here we go.

You will need
• A blender/food processor
• A serving glass of your choice
• 1 banana (frozen)
• Raw cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
• 6-8 Ice cubes
• 1 tspn Vanilla extract
• 1 tspn Peppermint extract
• 1 cup of almond/soya milk

1. Pour one cup of almond/soya milk into a blender
2. Add the frozen banana
3. Add the Greek yoghurt
4. Blend
5. Add the ice cubes
6. Add the cocoa powder
7. Add the vanilla and peppermint extract
8. Blend
9. Serve

That’s it! This is such an easy recipe to follow and a great sweet treat. You can also add some superfood ingredients in there such as hemp or chia. This tastes exactly like mint chocolate too.
